This evening will include several guided meditations with live Harp Music. It will begin with a heart meditation, helping you to connect with and hear the whisperings of your heart; your soul. Another meditation will help you to begin to remove blocks, fears and thought patterns that are preventing you from manifesting your dreams and desires. In the last portion, Aedan will play music from her new CD (soon to be recorded), specifically designed to help relax the body and mind, and to release tension, anxiety, grief or sadness. At the very least, at the end of the evening you will leave feeling relaxed with a sense of inner peace.
